The property consists of a total of 4 studios (2 middle class and 2 standard) and 1 apartment (middle class) with garden and private parking for all guests.
- 2 middle class studios: (ground floor) Each renovated studio caters for two persons and includes one room with two beds bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with fridge and small cooker hub. The beds can be easily converted into a double bed. Large fitted wardrobe and good bedside reading lamps. The modern kitchenette has a worktop, 2-element stove and electric kettle, a small living area and French doors that overlook the furnished veranda.
- 2 standard studios: (ground floor) Each studio caters for 2-3 persons is simply decorated and includes one room with two beds bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with fridge and small cooker hub. Bathroom with shower. Comfortably furnished veranda.
- 1 middle class Apartment: (first floor) recently renovated apartments with 2 twin bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and dining area with one sofa bed. Comfortable veranda with uninterupted sea view. 1 wc and one bathroom with bathtub.
Dassia is conveniently located on the east coast of this tantalising island, just 14km from Corfu town.
It faces Albania and the Greek mainland on a clear day the views across the Ionian Sea are dramatically beautiful. Dassia is on a flat, narrow plain right beside the sea, backed by lush, tree covered hills. It is a busy, active resort that likes to wake early and stay up late. During the day, make the most of the shingle and pebble beach after a refreshing swim in the calm sea, lie back, relax and let the sun slowly warm your skin and soul. Water sports are popular, including waterskiing, banana boats and boat hire. Dassia is popular with couples and groups of friends who want a little bit of nightlife and a lot of atmosphere.
There are many bars, tavernas and a couple of discos, playing anything from traditional Greek folk songs to the latest chart hits. Do not forget to pack your dancing shoes. You won t go hungry in Dassia village - there are a good selection of eateries to keep you satiated including an abundance of pizzerias and snack bars.
A regular bus service runs along the coast, and taxis are easily available to take you into the lively neighbouring resorts of Gouvia or Ipsos after dark. There is a long, narrow shingle beach which shelves Dassia reputedly offers the best water sports in Corfu, and the flat water is particularly excellent for windsurfing. Choose from the wide range of tavernas, snack bars, pizzerias, beach bars and restaurants in Dassia. They can mostly be found either side of the busy main road, but some of the smaller side streets offer quieter, more traditional atmospheres. Order some olives for a starter - they may even have been picked from the trees in Dassia resort.
